**About the Role**

The
**Warehouse and Distribution Team Leader** will be responsible for running the site based in Hornby. This is mainly a distribution centre for the products and this is a very prominent role within the business. This role will have a big focus on people, systems and processes and the general day to day running of the facility. You will be looking after a team of around 11 people and this may grow in the future. The ideal applicant will have a fantastic and positive attitude, previous leadership experience and a strong warehousing background. We are looking for somebody with a continuous improvement mindset and somebody who is very process-driven. You must be a confident decision-maker and have excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. We have a true focus on Health & Safety on site and we expect all staff to adhere to our Health & Safety protocols. This role offers great training from our other experienced sites.
The hours for this role are all Monday - Friday day shifts and the exact timings are negotiable, however it will be 8:30am - 05:00pm or similar. We are based in Hornby.

**Skills & Experience**
- Full Driver’s License
- Forklift Operator’s certificate would be advantageous
- Previous leadership in a warehouse or production environment is preferable
- Effective communication skills and ability to be a decision-maker
- Great computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Willingness to be able to lend a hand where required and understand that no two days may be the same
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and have no criminal convictions
- Interested in learning new things
- Physically able
