Our client,
**Exeter Homes,** are leading the way with quality, transportable homes in New Zealand. As Master Builders, they have developed a signature style with their building designs and are a well-established, trusted family brand.

The Sales and Marketing Manager will work closely with new and perspective clients through all stages of their design to construction and delivery. Ensuring clients get what they want, whilst ensuring contracts are delivered within budget is the art of this role. As a new position, the Sales and Marketing Manager can forge new relationships and nurture existing stakeholder engagement with Exeter Homes.

This is an extensive role, spanning CRM management, marketing requirements including web management and advertising, through to business development activities.

This role provides plenty of variety, which includes:

- Sales management, meeting set KPI’s
- Sourcing sales and actively engaging new and existing stakeholders
- Building the brand
- Working on tender processes
- Involvement with building consent paperwork
- Coordination between the customer and project management team
- Marketing and branding requirements, including online content management
- Input into project management, working closely with project managers and design
- Documenting changes in design, recommending project and project efficiency
- Involvement in strategic planning
