Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate, housing or property development industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a natural aptitude for inspiring sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a genuine passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- High level of drive, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Must have a clean and current Full Drivers Licence
- Being adaptable is essential
