**Role overview**The Administration Support - Partnerships role is a role within our Strategy & Transformation Team to support our growth via partnerships, with a particular focus on vehicle lending, within the business. This area of the business is on a strong growth path and this role will form a critical part of the wider team.
The main area of focus for this role will be supporting the team as they drive new business growth via motor vehicle dealer partnerships and channels. This role will be primarily responsible for; dealer due diligence, creating agreements and ensuring dealers are setup correctly in the system. This role will provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting to dealers as/when needed, along with ensuring training material is updated and printed to support motor vehicle training sessions. Additionally, this role will undertake other support tasks as required from time to time to support the wider team.
The role is primarily computer orientated, and therefore requires strength in computer and numerical literacy skills. Being a fast and adaptable learner will also be essential given the fast-paced nature of our working environment.
Being based in the East Tamaki office, you will be involved in the wider office culture and join a team that is passionate about providing our partners with first-class support and service.
