**Mōu | About you**
We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant, or similar role, providing administrative support to a number of managers and teams. This experience will allow you to provide a flexible approach to problem solving. You will be seen as having a client centred approach that supports the development of relationships. You will have a personal drive to succeed and be able to demonstrate the interpersonal skills that are required to effectively engage people. You will be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including those with a strategic or operational focus.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Secondary school NCEA
- Certificates and diploma in an area relevant to administration
- Experience and skills gained over 5 years + in similar roles providing administrative support to a number of managers and teams including:
- Successful experience managing and prioritising a variety of tasks to support others, such as proof-reading, formatting, minute taking, collation, and distribution of documents
- Experience supporting others in the use of business systems and adherence to policies and processes
- Experience managing financial administration such as approving payments and raising purchase orders etc.
