Do you want to play a key role in making a positive impact on Infrastructure projects in New Zealand? We are currently looking for an Associate to join our Sustainability & Resilience team. Reporting to the Director, you will play an instrumental role in advising our clients on how to minimise the adverse effects of Infrastructure projects on the environment while maximising the positive environmental, social, economic, and cultural effects.

What will you do?

Joining the Auckland Sustainability & Resilience team, you will work across a range of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects advising on sustainability and climate change issues.

You will:
- Oversee the strategic sustainability services on major multi-disciplinary projects, driving positive change in the sector- Identify opportunities for new offerings to existing clients- Advise and work in a collaborate way with clients to find solutions to complex sustainability and climate change issues- Support a diverse and talented sustainability team to grow and develop- Explore cutting edge technology and techniques

What can you bring to the team?- Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for driving sustainability and climate change solutions across the infrastructure sector. You will actively challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions.- This role is an associate level and requires at least 12-15 years of sustainability and climate change experience. You will hold a relevant qualification and will have previous experience within a consultancy.- An excellent knowledge of and experience across the infrastructure life cycle- Experience managing multiple stakeholders- Demonstrated experience working with relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice and guidelines- A drive to meet our client’s needs through teamwork and an innovative approach- A ‘consulting’ mindset
