We have an opportunity available for an energetic and driven Commercial Associate to join a successful Commercial Banking team, based at Sylvia Park in Auckland.

**Te tūranga | The role**:
As a Commercial Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

- Maintain proactive customer contact through personalised and meaningful conversations, to drive best in class customer service and satisfy your customers' needs;
- Support your clients' transactional banking requirements and provide operational support to the Relationship Team;
- Partner with specialists across the bank, including Global Markets, Trade, Onboarding, Asset Finance etc, to provide tailored solutions to a diverse range of clients;
- Build your Commercial Banking expertise, assisting the Relationship Team by inputting financial statements for credit submissions and reviews;
- Develop your relationship management skills, with support of the team, by understanding and resolving customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

You will be supported by an experienced wider team and offered space to grow and learn.
