The Careers & Investment Design Directorate (CIDD) is responsible for developing strategies, initiatives and policies that enable the organisation to effectively and efficiently meet its goals in the areas of careers and investment.
**He angitūtanga**: About the Role
The Change & Implementation Manager is focused on Tahatū and is a member of the programme leadership team responsible for supporting the success of the platform by managing and leading change related stakeholder engagement. You can expect to:
- Assess the scope and scale of Tahatū-related change and Introduce/facilitate best practice change management activity and work with business using agreed strategies, methodology and tools with outcomes that maximise objectives.
- Engagewith key stakeholders, internally and externally, to identify training needs and to deliver training, communications and collatoral to embed the change.
- Lead the co-design and delivery of effective change interventions, testing, learning and adapting the change approach as needed.
- Create, own and lead the Tahatū change management plan with a lens of ensuring TEC teams and staff understand their contribution and can maintain their commitments long term once the project has transitioned into core business.

**He kōrero mōu: What we are looking for**:
The role will report directly to the Business Owner, however with close interaction with the Tahatū Programme Manager. This role is suitable for someone who can act as a true change ambassador, able to build critical relationships, and will be skilled at persuading and influencing. You will bring the following:
- Experience in creating and implementing detailed change management plans including: generating leadership commitment, building project momentum, communicating key messaging, training on systems, and project stabilisation.
- Ability to engage with people to gain their support, facilitate collaboration, help resolve issues over conflicting interests and negotiate agreements.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools and frameworks to deliver programme performance and to increase organisational performance e.g. Prosci®
- Proven decision-making experience and leadership demonstrated in co-ordinating and integrating change.
- Experience working in the Education sector in New Zealand would be beneficial.
