Take up a key role in a programme that is prominent in New Zealand as a Change Manager for a 12 month contract. You will lead and facilitate change management activities while ensuring the successful delivery of business change initiatives. Analyse, plan, implement and evaluate various change strategies while building ownership and capability.

**You will**:

- Lead the design and delivery change interventions, testing, learning, and adapting change
- Analyse the impact on stakeholders and various groups and assess change readiness
- Ensure effective monitoring and effective adoption of strategies
- Provide status reporting in relation to the change milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues
- Proactively manage risk changes providing feedback to the Programme Manager
- Have a good understanding and visibility of interdependencies between change activities
- Have a great problem-solving mindset to demonstrate teamwork, innovation, and world-class solutions.
**Skills needed**:

- Have a track record of delivering effective and good quality change management advice and services
- Excellent understanding of change management techniques
- Experience in managing change in fast-changing environments
- Experience in managing a range of business and policy change projects
- Encouraging participation and opinions for the benefit of the project
