General Manager - Support Services & Associate COO, Rika Hentschel, is seeking expressions of interest to cover a role in the Support Services Group due to a period of extended leave.

The role of Support Services Office Lead is based in Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldiers’ hospital in Hastings and fixed-term cover will be required from Monday 17th April until Friday 11th August (inclusive of a two-week hand over period).

Within Rika’s portfolio are the Patient Support Unit, Integrated Operations Centre, Nutrition & Food Service, Administration, Operations - Medical Workforce, Emergency Response Advisor and Escalation Planning Manager.

The role is highly varied and relies heavily on a pro-active approach to mitigating issues coming up on the horizon. The role requires that you are also available to assist the Interim Lead - Hospital and Specialist Services Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay when his EA is unavailable.
