- **Taitara Mahi - Business Support Officer**
**_Permanent Full-Time_**
- Hastings District Council's Infrastructure Group covers 3 Waters, Transportation, a Delivery Office and a professional services panel of consultants, as well as our Public Spaces team, who manage our parks, reserves and playgrounds within the District.
- As a Business Support Officer in the Infrastructure Group, you’ll be part of the Business Support team, providing administrative assistance to teams managing assets across the district. You’ll coordinate information, prepare documents, and help ensure the seamless operation of essential services.
- This role is predominantly working with the Public Spaces team, providing project and administrative support.
- In this role, you will:

- Provide essential administrative support across the Infrastructure group.
- Prepare, track, and process legal documents within required timeframes.
- Manage invoicing, refunds, and other financial tracking.
- Maintain and update key databases and assist with reporting requirements.
