We currently have a Customer Service Manager position available in Wellington.

Monday to Sunday working a minimum of 40hrs per week.

You will be expected to visit all of your sites as a part of a regular call cycle so flexibility is a must in this role. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring your team delivers outstanding client services in all aspects of work. The role’s responsibilities include training, developing, and retaining team members, managing work schedules, completing quality audits, coordinating equipment, supplies and materials, fulfilling work orders, producing rosters, approving timesheets, and promoting a safe and heathy workplace.

**Full job description**
- Perform and oversee specialized cleaning tasks, including floor stripping and sealing, carpet steam cleaning, and water blasting.
- Handle client communications and ensure customer satisfaction with all services provided.
- Organize staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure the timely completion of cleaning projects.
- Inspect work areas to maintain quality control and ensure high cleaning standards.
- Train staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
- Manage payroll (Xero knowledge will be an advantage).
- Manage stock levels, order cleaning supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct performance reviews for cleaning staff to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor and manage the company budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Actively collect and address client feedback to enhance service quality including the complaints and other requests to be processed such as refunds.
- Report and manage incidents or damages during cleaning operations to the owner.

Ideal applicant must also be able to legally drive in NZ.
