About the Role
As the Practice Manager - Consulting you will be responsible for the management of services for customers (both contracted and non-contracted) to assist them to derive insight and value from their information. This includes the establishment of standardised and repeatable services that can be tailored to specific customer needs in this scope.
As the Practice Manager will work very closely with peers inside the Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Engineering team as well as key leaders across all facets of Datacom’s professional services and Commercial & Delivery teams.
The role will form a core part of the Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital leadership team. This role requires a collaborative approach to be successful with peers and stakeholders, as well as significant discipline in core project management hygiene areas.
What you’ll bring
You will be an analytics thought leader with extensive experience within Professional services and ICT organisation with proven success at managing a Data and Analytics practice.
- At least 10+ years I.T. experience coupled with 10+ years of leadership of cross functional teams.
- In the last 5 years you will be able to demonstrate that you have been successful and building a customer driven service experience.
- Experience on driving analytics programs of work across Tier 1/Enterprise customers.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google cloud), specialist analytic tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Alteryx, SAS) and visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Able to articulate the value proposition of analytics to senior business stakeholders
- We are also interested in you if you have run a Services team and/or a small business
