_ONESIXONE Medical Group provides specialist Urology and Gynaecology services with support from Endocrinology, Physiotherapy, and Nutrition. Our clinical facility in Epsom is comprised of a Day Stay Theatre, Six Outpatient Consult rooms, and Two Minor Procedure rooms. _
- Full time permanent, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
- Business hours between 0800 to 1700
- Central Auckland Location

We are looking for an individual to be part of a front and central role in our very busy medical practice. You will need to have great attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, and welcoming to patients and staff.
- Meeting & Greeting patients that visit the clinic for appointments and daystay procedures
- Answering general patient queries
- Registering and Processing New patient referrals
- Maintenance of online company assets (website, sharepoint)
- Providing team administration support to Medical Secretaries and Practice Manager
- Secretarial Support to visiting clinicians
- Management of monthly procurement of office stationery and pantry supplies
- Previous experience in a non-clinical healthcare setting
- Appointment booking and coordination skills
- Call Centre or Customer Service experience
- Reasonable IT literacy - familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
