**Mercy Radiology** is looking for switched on, friendly and energetic people to join our team as **Casual** **Medical Receptionists **on an as-needed / as-available basis. We have two vacancies for casuals to cover:

- Our **Northern** branches at Warkworth, Orewa, Silverdale, Rosedale and Westgate, mainly weekdays and Saturdays (but not every Saturday) at Silverdale
- Our **Southern** branches at Pakuranga and Botany, mainly Saturdays and Sundays with the occasional weekday required, so may suit a student looking to support their studies

This opportunity will suit someone who thrives in a frontline role, is confident dealing with a range of patients and clinicians, and enjoys the variety that comes with working across different locations. Previous experience in healthcare is an advantage but not essential as training and ongoing support are provided. Flexibility, availability and the ability to learn quickly are key requirements for this role.

**Reception duties include**:

- Greeting patients & visitors in a warm & professional manner
- Scheduling appointments & updating patient details
- Entering details for accurate invoicing & claims
- Supporting other team members as required
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or bookings
- Excellent computer literacy, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- The ability to communicate clearly & effectively in a calm and friendly manner
- Flexibility and your own reliable transport
