**Mercy Breast Clinic in Epsom** is looking for a **Medical Receptionist** to join our close knit team. Our Clinic specialises in the assessment and treatment of breast health concerns for women and men. We journey with patients from initial consultation, to imaging, testing and diagnosis, all on the same day and all in one place.

This will be a rewarding role for someone with a genuine passion for health & wellbeing and that special blend of outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills. Reception or office administration experience in a health care setting would be ideal. As a committed team member you will work alongside our breast care clinicians to help support and deliver excellent patient care. With your innate ability to anticipate changing needs, adapt to the situation and multi-task, you will enjoy helping us deliver a calm, streamlined and seamless experience for our patients.

This is a permanent full-time position with rostered hours either: 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

**Duties include**:

- Present a warm & friendly welcome to all patients & visitors
- Schedule appointments that best accommodate patient needs
- Ensure patients are well informed and know what to expect at their visit
- Process invoices, payments and claims with efficiency and accuracy
- Collate documentation and maintain records with strict attention to privacy
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or bookings
- Excellent computer literacy, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to communicate clearly in a professional but friendly manner
- A genuine desire to ensure the comfort & wellbeing of your customers
