We have a **permanent part-time** vacancy at our **Pukekohe** Branch for a **Medical Receptionist** to work the following shifts:

- ** Friday 8:30am - 5pm**:

- ** Saturday 8:30am - 3pm**

This opportunity will suit someone who thrives in a frontline role and will be confident dealing with a broad range of patients and clinicians. You may be a health sciences student or an experienced medical receptionist, but you will need to be able to commit to these Friday and Saturday shifts on a permanent basis. There will be the possibility of additional shifts from time to time. Experience in healthcare is desirable but training and support will be provided as required.

**Reception duties include**:

- Greeting patients & visitors in a warm & professional manner
- Scheduling appointments & updating patient details
- Entering details for accurate invoicing & claims
- Despatching reports & images
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, scheduling appointments & bookings ideally in a healthcare environment
- Excellent computer literacy, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to communicate clearly & effectively in a calm and friendly manner
