**AV Operator | Auckland**

**Your impact**

This is an important role that assists with us with ensuring the flow of picking products meet our customer promise and truck departure time.

You’ll manage and monitor the system that controls our three picking robots, ensuring the robots are fed the right number of products and meet our pick rate. If an error occurs, you will calmly shut the robot down, correct the error, and then get the robot back up and running in a timely manner, communicating confidently with other Operators to resolve issues. You will also work proactively to identify potential system issues that could cause workflow complications. You’ll process the releasing of loads to ensure efficiency, and you will ensure inventory is accurately put away. This is a role where you can’t miss a beat **Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9pm-6am.**

**About you**:
You’ll be a highly organised coordinator who can remain calm under pressure. You have excellent process skills and thrive in a fast-paced Supply Chain environment. This role works within a team, so you’ll need clear communication skills and the confidence to advise and guide the team when you need to. You are comfortable with systems and have a head for numbers. Advanced computer skills including exposure to SAP is essential.
