Working as a Customer Support Representative at West Wave, right from the first smile, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, dealing with a wide range of enquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same **Join Our Customer Service Team** We’re looking for a friendly and dependable individual to join our Customer Service team in a **Permanent Full-Time** role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people, we’d love to hear from you **Schedule - 40 hours per week**: - **Tuesday to Friday**: 5:15 AM - 1:45 PM - **Saturday**: 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM Bring your energy, reliability, and great attitude—we’ll provide the opportunity to shine Please note: shift times may vary based on roster and centre needs. If you love helping people, enjoy early starts, and thrive in a team environment—we’d love to hear from you Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 09:30pm (week days) and 6:00am - 7:00pm (weekends), reliability and commitment to working early, late, and weekend shifts are crucial. **He kōrero mōu: About you** You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs. You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
