Account Executive

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and committed part-timer to join our small but passionate marketing agency team. **What does the role involve?**You'll be an integral part of fulfiling campaigns, sales promotions, and loyalty programmes for our clients. You'll work closely with the team, our clients and our campaign partners to ensure their smooth delivery. Your specific tasks will include: - Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and loyalty activity. - Managing customer care enquiries for one of our loyalty programmes. - Managing the fulfilment of rewards for a range of customers. - Updating our client's Rewards website with new content. - Helping sourcing rewards on behalf of clients. - Liaising with clients to take their briefs and keep them up to date. - Contacting partners/suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns. - Project management, keeping track of work in progress and client budgets. - Reporting on the success of campaigns - Helping us test tech upgrades to our rewards platform. - Completing light office duties like ordering supplies and helping with accounts payable. **Would you suit this role?**The role is on weekdays only. You would need to work a minimum of 25 hours a week (ideally more). We can be flexible on when the hours happen, but you'd have to commit to doing the same hours every week. It would suit someone in the final year of their business/marketing/events degree interested in joining an agency full time once they finish university. You'll have previous experience in a frontline customer role such as events, retail, hospitality or a call centre environment. Or you might have worked in an administrative role previously. There is a lot of variety in our work, so you will need to be the kind of person who is: - A natural "people-person" great at developing and nurturing relationships. If you don't like chatting with people, this is not the role for you - Adaptable to changing business demands, solutions-focused and doesn't mind mucking-in. - Be an organisational skills superstar who is good at keeping track of the details and the dollars. - Possess a natural curiosity about what makes people and businesses tick. - Be mature and confident as you'll be working with clients in some big companies. - Must be good at picking up new computer programmes/dealing with technology as we use a variety of tools. **What are the benefits of the role**:You'll be paid $25 an hour and given real hands-on training in a marketing agency. The role would set you up well for a future working in marketing, and for the right person could turn into a full-time role once you've finished studying.
