**The Opportunity**:
Working in our Operating Theatre and reporting to the Theatre Manager, we are currently seeking a Theatre Administrator. This role is responsible for providing outstanding administration support to our Theatre Management Team.

To be successful in this role:

- You will have worked previously as an Administrator or Co-ordinator and you will be comfortable in a work environment which is both ‘high volume’ and ‘fast-paced’.
- Proficient typing skills, the ability to use the MS Office suite of products, and an unwavering attention to detail are all ‘Must-Haves’ for this role
- You will understand that the key to success lies in the team working alongside one another and you will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and ensure your interactions enhance cooperation and teamwork
- You will be known for your clear and professional communication skills and your ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
- While great organisational and time management skills are required - what’s most important is superior prioritisation skills.
