**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a full-time and a part-time Medical Receptionist / Administrator.
For the 35 hour per week full-time role the day will start at 7:00am and for the 20-22.5 hour per week part-time role the day will start at 3pm.
Working in the main Reception area reporting to the Medical Reception Manager the Medical Receptionist / Administrator is responsible for ensuring that every person who visits Braemar Hospital is warmly welcomed and efficiently directed to where they need to be, along with accurate and timely completion of administrative functions associated with our patients.
To be successful in this role:
- You will display superior customer service skills so that the first contact that our patients have with a Braemar Hospital representative is positive and memorable;
- You will have sound administrative skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work quickly, maintaining a high level of accuracy;
- You will be a team player willing to participate and contribute to a positive team culture and working environment;
- You will be eligible to work in New Zealand.
