We are needing a **Central Invoicing Administrator **to join our team - This role will be for a fixed term contract for _**_6 months _**_. _ As our **Central Invoicing Administrator **, you would be responsible for: - Providing invoicing administration, data integrity, and other administration duties to the wider business **How you will do it**: - Ensure all billing activities are completed accurately and on time - Work with internal and external stake holders (Branch Managers, Key Accounts, IBC Team and Clients) - Ensuring data is loaded in a timely manner with the upmost accuracy - Month-end billing activities completed within target - Assist in account receivables and collections where required **Who are we looking for?** - With effective time management - ability to set priorities to meet deadlines and work under pressure - With ability to manage stressful situations, particularly during month-end activities - With ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders - Experience in handling billing processes, billing systems and tools for standard billing activities - With capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing workload - Strong work ethic - integrity, responsible, team player - Adaptability and flexibility - exhibits a positive attitude with a "can do" approach to finding solutions and willingness to work outside normal office hours when required - Can exhibit a clear understanding of task related expectations - Ability to suggest areas of improvement within one's own sphere of work - Enthusiasm for change and desire to learn - Can demonstrate responsiveness and a sense of urgency when dealing with billing issues for key customers **What you will get**: - Competitive Salary package + Health Insurance discount - Excellent Team Culture - Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development and upskilling
