We are needing a **Key Accounts Support **to join our team

As our **Key Accounts Support **, you will be responsible for:

- Completing the allocated administration of the account customers in an accurate and timely fashion associated with the management of current customers
- Fostering internal relationships with the relevant roles throughout the business
- Providing reporting as required by Clients’ agreements
- Processing and requesting Purchase and Work orders for clients as required
- Providing data input of all required client information into allocated systems
- Providing filing, lodging and/or producing Compliance documentation as required by allocated clients
- Completing invoicing procedures within required levels and time frames
- Maintaining client communications around the day-to-day activity as per client requirements
- Providing administration support to the team

**How you will do it**:

- First point of contact for our valued customers
- Establish and foster relationships with both external and internal clients
- Communicate with people at all levels
- Providing accurate and reliable administration support

**Who are we looking for?**
- Business Administration qualification preferred but not essential
- Minimum of 3 years outbound customer service and/or sales experience
- Previous Administration experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Broad business experience preferred
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Efficient and impeccable customer service for new and existing clients
- Organisational and time management skill
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Positive and flexible team player approach
- Ability to hit the ground running and pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Experience dealing with a variety of personality types
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Pronto would be a distinct advantage
