**Primary Objective**:
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for managing the accounts for the NevaAlone Monitoring customers. This position will ensure that all correspondence is actioned within 48 hours, issues escalated to Subscriber Establishment Manager, Business Development Manager, Operations Manager or GM. This role is to manage the invoicing process, customers are invoiced and debt followed up and resolved. Update the customer information and action the action queues.

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- Administration support
- Data Entry
- Filing and scanning
- Involvement in special projects as and when required
- Ensuring customers are correctly billed
- Establish and maintain quality communication levels with colleagues,

supervisors and management
- Provide support to the Subscriber Establishment Manager on an as needed basis
- Answering incoming internal and external phone calls and directing as necessary
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
- Communicate regularly and positively with all key contacts
- Respond to feedback or issues raised in a timely approach
- Consistently exceed service expectations set with clients
