This is a unique opportunity to be part of our skin cancer surveillance and treatment team.

We are offering a part time position in our Hamilton clinic.

Approximately 5 hours on Monday’s and Tuesday’s, and 3 hours on a Friday.

In this role you will:

- Welcome patients in person or on the telephone, answering or referring enquiries.
- Phone patients to book for treatment
- Office duties: accounts, billing, scanning, printing and photocopying
- General office and clinic support
- Assist in sterilizing
- Stock takes and reordering supplies
- Transfer of data between systems

**We will ensure you are given all the know-how and skills to do your job well.**

What we need from you:

- Strong patient focus & communication skills - we expect you to care passionately about interacting positively and effectively with others.
- Dedication, enthusiasm, independence and versatility
- Strong computer skills - comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn and gain competence with a variety of medical practice software packages.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism
- Reliable
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is always maintained.
