Dental Administrator & Assistant Role Available

Hamilton Dental Centre in Rototuna is looking for a Receptionist and a Dental Assistant to join our friendly, supportive, and progressive team.

We pride ourselves on offering advanced dental technology, state-of-the-art facilities, and exceptional patient care through modern techniques and personalised service.

Administrator

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll create a warm and welcoming experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly. This role suits someone who is professional, empathetic, organised, and confident in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing appointment bookings and patient enquiries
  • Processing payments and handling administrative tasks
  • Building strong patient relationships
  • Coordinating referrals and follow-ups
  • Overseeing supplies and office organisation

Ideal for candidates with experience in:

  • Dental or medical reception
  • Executive assistant roles (scheduling, people management, event coordination)
  • Other transferable customer-facing or administrative positions
Dental Assistant

With infection control and patient care at the heart of your role, you'll support our dentists across a wide range of treatments. Experience is an advantage, but we're happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing chairside assistance during treatments
  • Sterilisation and infection control procedures
  • Supporting patient care and comfort
  • Managing and restocking dental supplies
