**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We have an exciting opening for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join our busy team on a permanent basis.

Working with all departments in the business, you will have excellent exposure to how Synlait operates. Your previous experience working alongside senior leaders will have enhanced your ability to adapt strong relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders. Relationship building will be key to your success in this role.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

- Capital Portfolio Reporting - leading monthly reviews, reconciliations, and reporting
- Complete in-depth analysis of financial performance and providing insights
- Collaborating with Project Managers/teams to deliver on strategic growth projects
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and developing and maintaining financial models that support business decision making
- Maintaining integrity of property, plant, and equipment through analysis

This role can be based at our central Christchurch office, with a requirement to work from our Dunsandel site approximately one to two days per week.

**Qualifications**
- University degree - Finance or related field
- CA membership or similar

**Skills and Experience**
- 5 years’ experience in related field
- Dairy industry knowledge an advantage
- High level of Excel skills
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
