**The Role**
Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Systems Specialist to join our busy team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role to ensure that all process systems are efficient and effective and able to support the delivery of the manufacturing plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accountable for maximising product yield through process parameter tuning
- This role will manage the process of a collection of functions which are related
- This role contains a variety of activities and clear short-term objectives. You are permitted to determine your own priorities and may deviate from established procedures and practices while meeting the required health and safety standards
If you are self-motivated, have well developed time management and proven relationship building skills, then we want to hear from you
**Qualification**
- Tertiary degree, diploma or minimum 5 years in a dairy manufacturing environment preferred
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in leading, developing and engaging teams
- Proven understanding of dairy manufacturing processes and systems
- Proven knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP systems
