**DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and hard working store manager to join our team at our gas station as a full time in a fast-paced and fun team.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellence service.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profit etc.
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Undertaking budgeting and maintain the GP.
Controlling selection, training and supervising of staff.
Planning and preparing work schedule and assigning staff to specific duties.
Maintain food temperature records including food display equipment and fridges as per guidelines.
Assess training needs and send staff for training.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
Customer service duties including sales, dealing with customers inquiries.
Planning and preparing work rosters and assigning work to staff.
Assisting with HR duties and with resolving staff issues.
Training staff and providing staff with sales procedures and information.
Assisting in stock take and ensuring correct receipt of stock and good delivered.
Assisting with inventory of products and placing orders for products.
Ensuring correct pricing and display and that safety and security procedures are followed.
Ensuring fuel prices are comparative with local competitors.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager at gas station.
Must have business management level 7 or above qualification.
Background in financial planning, employee requirement and retail management.
Must be presently working as a manager at gas station.
Must have hazardous handler current certificate.
Must have first aid and fire safety current certificate.
Must be flexible enough to work in shift morning, evening, nights and over the weekend to cover staff absenteeism.
