**The Business**:
CloudCannon is a software company founded in Dunedin and serves customers from all over the world. CloudCannon’s mission is to connect the world through content collaboration. We offer a Content Management System (CMS) that helps web developers build websites and enables marketing teams to create, update and publish content.

**Job brief**:
We are looking for an Enterprise Lead who can oversee our enterprise development team and manage website projects for our most high-value corporate customers. Currently, our services (now enterprise) team works with global companies including Netflix and Twitch to help them design, build, and deliver websites for their customers. It’s been working well, but we’ve been running into inefficiencies with scheduling and communication. As we scale, we want offload the project management aspect of this work (communications, scheduling, contracts etc.) from our engineers and designers so they can focus on delivering a high quality end product.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to find projects, scope them, negotiate contracts, allocate and schedule internal engineering and design resources, communicate progress with the customer, and ensure projects exceed expectations and are delivered on time. You will coordinate, inspire and nurture the enterprise dev team to ensure they can deliver high-quality work and meet project timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with our enterprise customers and find new projects for the team to work on.
- Manage the enterprise dev team so that they can do their best work.
- Run discovery and scope new projects with our enterprise customers.
- Be the main point of contact.
- Negotiate contracts for projects.
- Allocate and schedule internal engineer and design resources.
- Ensure projects are of high quality and are delivered on-time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience managing software projects.
- Outstanding people management skills.
- The ability to listen and be empathetic is a major key to success.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Accountability and personal organization are essential.
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
- Technical skills are a plus.
