**The role**
- The Senior Project Finance Partner is a critical role that sits within the project arm of the Christchurch based operation. This position supports the Project Director and Project Manager to assist in the optimisation of forecasting and cashflow objectives.

This sought-after opportunity will suit someone who has at least 3 years of finance management experience post CAANZ certification and the capability to manage a fast-paced charge accounting function through projects, month end and year end processes. All whilst handling a variety of internal and external stakeholders from various professional backgrounds, both white and blue collar

In this role you will be doing the following
- Cashflow forecasting
- Financial advisory to project managers, commercial and leadership team
- Operational expenditure management and reporting
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting and cost allocation/optimization
- Month end reporting to leadership team
- Analysis and project cost control

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- I am looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner who has the ambition to grow with the company. You must have a collaborative and tactical attitude with a keen focus towards commercial success.
- CA, CPA or CIMA certification
- Commercial acumen
- Strong financial reporting capabilities within a large-scale business
- Strong FMIS and MS Excel capabilities
- A friendly and engaging personality
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities
