**Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role**
We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Reporting Analyst to join our close-knit team in Auckland City. The primary purpose of the role is to report on data from the Facilities Contract and turn it into actionable recommendations to maximise the performance outcomes for Auckland Council.

The Operational Reporting Analyst is responsible for maintaining the performance management framework and delivering against the facilities contract’s KPI’s, to ensure performance and quality is closely monitored.

**A Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience**
- 5 years’ experience as a Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in Finance and Operations environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience with Power BI for report building, data visualisation and dashboard development.
- Solid understanding of asset management, audit process, and field mobility solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, stay focused on objectives, and contribute effectively within a cross-function team
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management, with a strong focus on optimisation
