- At least 3 months New Zealand working experience in this field
- Mandarin speaking is strongly preferable because of large volumes of Chinese customers
- Adaptable to change and able to do multiple tasks by cooperating with team members
- Able to work under pressure to meet job deadline
- Must accept flexible hours of work to cope with heavy workload on weekends
- NZ residence or a valid work visa is required.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored financial advice and guidance on financing and insurance options suitable for each customer.
- Accurately process financing and leasing deals and obtain approval from financial sources.
- Comply with local regulations affecting the finance and insurance terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers.
- Ensure all transactions are compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer needs and satisfying their purchasing experience.
- Safeguard customer information and adhere strictly to data protection and privacy laws.
- Stay abreast of market trends in finance, insurance, and the automotive industry.

**Term**:Permanent full time position

**Hours of work**: At least 30 hours per week, shifted by roster from Monday to Sunday
