We are working on one of New Zealand's biggest SAP S4 Hana and SAP Commerce Cloud implementations in the retail sector and, are looking for the right people to build our core capability to support the delivery of this solution with our chosen partners and transition to a BAU model. Experience working in retail is key

This opportunity is for an experienced **SAP Functional Consultant - Finance **to join the team on a permanent basis.

**What you’ll deliver**:

- Partner with Business SMEs and design teams to provide SAP Knowledge across SAP Retail, solutions and customer facing solutions.
- Accountable for the functional quality of the SAP solutions for Mitre10
- Working with business and vendor partners for the incorporation of leading practices in Programme One.
- Responsibility for the ongoing reliability, performance, and availability of the solutions within the Retail domain.
- Provide governance to end to end solution from User requirements through to delivery.
- Work with stakeholders to identify risk areas and opportunities for improving end to end solution.
- Manage the design and build of robust and optimised SAP end to end solutions, delivering ongoing and incremental benefits.
- Regular communications to stakeholders to monitor stability of the solution.

**Your background will include**:

- Tertiary diploma in a technical or commercial discipline,
- Seen as an expert in Finance.
- At least five (5) years of experience with SAP-Retail.
- A highly integrated knowledge of the SAP system, with a detailed understanding of all the areas that relate to Finance.
- Ability to work at all levels of the business and at a detailed operational level.
- Ability to develop a roadmap for Finance to meet the business requirements.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in a retail business environment.
- Experience in working with external vendors in the implementation of SAP.
- SAP certification.
