**Located in St Paul's Collegiate School Hamilton**:
St Paul’s Collegiate School is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to take on the role of Director of International Students. This position is responsible for overseeing the International Department and supporting a vibrant community of around 40 international students.

The Director of International Students will lead the department and provide academic support, which may also include ESOL teaching, to ensure students succeed in their studies. A significant part of the role is pastoral in nature, with responsibility for the wellbeing of international students and for ensuring they feel fully supported and integrated into school life. The position also includes oversight of homestay placements, working with the Homestay Coordinator ensuring that students are placed with families to create safe and nurturing environments.

Alongside student support, the Director will play an important role in maintaining the school’s international programme through the attraction, enrolment, and retention of students. Building strong relationships with agents, families, and partner schools both in New Zealand and overseas will be essential, as will ensuring that the school meets all requirements under the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice.

The Director of International Students reports to the Associate Headmaster - Student Wellbeing and is supported by a small team. This position will ideally commence in Term 1, 2025.
