An exciting opportunity is available within the Mercury Wholesale Markets team for a Spot Trader looking to develop skills and knowledge within the Electricity Industry. The principle function of a Spot Trader is to minimise risk and maximise Mercury's generation value within the New Zealand Electricity Market (NZEM). As the market runs 24/7, we are looking for someone to work on a roster basis covering days and nights at our Auckland or Hamilton offices, you will be rewarded with outstanding career development opportunities across the wider business, full training/support and great benefits.
