Are you an experienced Service Desk superstar looking to take your career to the next level? Christchurch City Council are seeking two fixed term Technical Analysts.

With at least two years' Helpdesk/Service Desk experience supporting hardware and software in a large organisation, you'll also hold a relevant qualification in IT or Computer Science related discipline with a high level of technical skills and experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues within tight timeframes.

Engaging with all levels of the business, you'll be able to adapt your communication style and delivery method to suit users' abilities, providing clear and succinct solutions and training where necessary.

**Additional information**:

- 1 x Fixed Term - 6 months - Fulltime
- 1 x Fixed Term - 10 months - Fulltime
- $57,878 - $74,597 per annum
- Location - These positions are primarily based at Te Hononga, Christchurch City Council Civic Offices - 53 Hereford Street._
