The service desk will provide operational, technical and provisioning support to our client and ensure we deliver a ‘Customer Inspired’ service. **Day to day you will be involved in**: - You will be based onsite with the team in our Christchurch office - We support our customers around the clock, so this role may require weekend and evening work. **What experience you'll bring?** - Qualified or self-taught technology guru who is self-motivated, wanting to up skill themselves and learn something different every day - Can learn new technology on the go, while utilizing your current skill sets. - Can talk to customers from all walks of life while working through a wide range of requests and technical questions. - The ability to adapt to new processes or changes.
