**About the Job**:
**Expressions of interest are being sought for a 6-month secondment to the role of Administration Support Officer - Stores at Mount Eden Correctional Facility (MECF).**
- **Full drivers licence with Forklift licence endorsement**:

- **If you are currently employed by the Department of Corrections, you will need your manager's approval prior to applying.**

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

The Store is responsible for receiving inwards goods for distribution to MECF in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that deliveries are timely in accordance with prison rules, routines and procedures. This role also manages the returned custodial uniforms for reissue.

You will enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a challenging and fast paced environment, able to follow and adhere to policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience;
- Sound computer skills and experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP and SRM
- Administrative and accounts experience
- Excellent written & oral communications skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.

**Utu ā-tau | Salary**

The salary range for this role is $49,708 - $57,306 per annum, and progression is dependent of required competency levels. The work profile for this secondment is Monday to Friday, working a 40-hour week.
