Required Skills and Abilities:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Support, Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Understanding of CRM software (e.g. Dynamics CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- High degree of professionalism
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Effective listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication skills which are clear, fluent, concise and appropriate and encourages feedback as appropriate.
- Able to demonstrate awareness of own personal strengths and areas of development, understands the impact of these on others, and takes action to modify own behaviour accordingly.
