**Ready to make an impact?
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator for assisting in the production of the weekly tactical advertising material for the SuperValue and FreshChoice supermarkets.
This includes using the weekly mailer and other media to support our weekly promotional program, as well as selected seasonal campaigns.
**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
This role will sit under the Marketing and Communications team to assist the production / distribution process for the standalone mailer, including any associated campaigns - this involves
proofing, briefing of information.
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the weekly production /distribution process for media (including press, TV, radio, digital, in-store pos, ticketing and any outdoor media) within guidelines and deadlines.
This Coordinator will be responsible to:
- Load marketing content to the internal Intranet and SVFC websites.
- Compose and communicate weekly activity to stores using ‘Connected’ - an internal communication, and any other means as appropriate.
- Maintain files and spreadsheets of store information and coordination of store marketing orders
- In collaboration with peers, administer supplier marketing bookings.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Assist SuperValue stores with store specific marketing requests.
- Source and collate relevant information for report compilation to support analysis at the next level.
- Undertake other projects as directed by the Marketing Manager from time-to-time.
- The Marketing Coordinator works in an efficient, small team environment and may be required to assist in other Marketing tasks or roles, particularly at peak periods or during team absences.
**About You | Mōu
You’ll have good attention to detail as you’ll be responsible to make sure that the published material is 100% accurate and always delivered on time, and ensure all initiatives meet appropriate statutory and other requirements.
To succeed in this role you will bring in:
- Coordinator or administration experience along with some marketing experience.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and will be familiar with Cloud based tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Creative flair
