Conversion Optimisation Specialist

As the Conversion Optimisation Specialist, you will guide the evolution and implementation of CRO practices and tools within NZMEs Publishing and Audio businesses. From ideation to scoping through to delivery - you will work in close partnership with business stakeholders to define and execute CRO priorities and strategy.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Optimise key conversion points to drive registration, engagement and subscriptions
- Develop processes and initiate ways of working that can be scaled across digital products
- Lead the development and documentation for best practice CRO
- Analyse website and app data to understand user behaviour, identify insights and opportunities and come up with data-driven ideas for A/B testing
- Execution and reporting of A/B tests
- Gather and analyse qualitative data to identify customer pain points and opportunities to improve the digital customer experience
- Understand the customer journey and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise
- Input on design to ensure CRO best practices are adhered to
**ABOUT YOU**
- Customer first mind set and empathy for internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- 3+ years experience with conversion optimisation, user experience and/or product management
- Strategic experience, with an ability to work with stakeholders to formulate and deliver on strategy
- Proven experience in growing conversion or other KPIs through test and learn approaches
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools
- Proven depth of knowledge in Google Analytics with ability to provide actionable insights
- Able to demonstrate the ability to identify good design and able to dissect, analyse and test designs
- Understanding of user behaviour, persuasion and psychological triggers
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- High degree of self-awareness and ability to understand stressors and manage stress in a fast-paced delivery environment
