Perhaps you have a special interest in contracts, or maybe you’ve supported a QS team or legal team in an administrative role. We give you access and time to use our bespoke Growing Stronger Learning Portal to grow personally as well as professionally. **The Role** We’re looking for a detail person Your day to day will involve drafting and issuing contract instructions and managing variations and monthly payment claim processes. It’s a specialist role which will really suit someone who loves working with large quantities of information with accuracy, and to deadlines. You’ll be joining a successful team where you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best, based in an amazing workspace overlooking the waterfront. Here's a breakdown of some of the tasks you’ll get involved in: - Assist with preparation of contract instructions - Schedule meetings and support with the preparation and distribution of agendas - Attend project meetings, take minutes and follow up actions - Track and monitor receipt and review of variations - Support the monthly payment claim process - Provide professional service delivery and support to TBIG project team. - Engage with and develop relationships with project stakeholders including the client and contractors **Here’s what we need from you**: - Be detail focused and highly organised - Experience in an administrative role within a related sector - Be unfazed by the need for consistent accuracy and rapid turnaround times - A strong desire to learn and curious to expand and specialise in contracts - Channel your inner sponge and be ready to soak up lots of new information - Be a great communicator and advocate of collaborative working environments - Possess a "can do attitude" where you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved **You will have googled us by now**: And here’s what you will have foundThe Building Intelligence Group (TBIG) is 100% New Zealand owned by over a quarter of our 125+ people.
