We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join the team. You’ll deliver high-quality maintenance and asset management services across zone substations and high-voltage assets, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency in everything you do.

You’ll coordinate field resources to deliver Vector’s Maintenance Plan and other external HV customers maintenance work, managing assets, and identifying ways to improve our performance and delivery.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and manage preventative, corrective, and asset replacement maintenance plans.
- Oversee maintenance activities for substations and high-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Manage minor capital works and corrective maintenance from scoping to completion.
- Handle invoicing, pricing, and financial reporting accurately and on time.
- Drive quality, safety, and efficiency across all workstreams.
- Support, mentor, and work collaboratively with your team and subcontractors.
- Promote a positive, safety-focused team culture and uphold Northpower’s values.

**About You**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- EWRB registration.
- 5+ years’ operational experience in electrical distribution, substations, or high-voltage maintenance.
- Strong asset management and maintenance planning skills.
- Project management experience (PMP certification a plus).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
