In this role you will oversee the development, management, and growth of the bank's overall transaction banking product sets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, launch, and optimise solutions that meet evolving market demands and drive profitability. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and customer needs within the transaction banking sector.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Extensive experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on transaction banking products.
- Strong understanding of all transaction banking product sets, including cash management, payments and liquidity management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
