As a Banking Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting everyday banking needs, building trusted relationships, and guiding customers through simple and sometimes life-changing financial decisions. Whether it’s assisting with a quick transaction or introducing someone to our digital tools, you’ll make banking feel approachable and easy.
Deliver friendly, hands-on support across everyday banking activities
Listen to what matters most to each customer and tailor your service to suit
Share your knowledge of our banking tools and digital services

**Role Location**: ANZ Hunters Corner Branch, Auckland
**Role Type**: Permanent Part-time
**Role Hours**: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Welcome customers and help them with a range of banking needs
Have meaningful conversations to understand what matters to each customer
Introduce digital banking tools in a way that feels simple and empowering
Guide customers through opening accounts, updating details, or exploring new products
Keep our banking safe by following compliance practices
