With over 70 stores around New Zealand we’re always on the look-out for exceptional people to help join us in delivering the Columbus Coffee experience. We provide a great team environment with a continuous training and improvement plan to help you achieve your goals.

We are now seeking a full-time experienced **Head Barista** to lead and support our team

**To be successful you will be / have**:
Our ideal staff member will be self-driven, experienced and have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to work calmly under pressure is a must along with weekend availability.
- Have at least 2 years full time Barista experience (not negotiable)
- Experience working in a fast-paced café (our café is a very busy so you will need to work quickly and work well under pressure)
- Clear, strong communication skills is a must
- Exceptional customer service
- Most importantly a passion for providing exceptional beverages
- Available to work 40 hours a week.
