**The Role**

ClearPoint is seeking multiple Intermediate level Software Engineers to join our Microsoft Practice. As our capabilities continue to grow, we’re partnering with clients on a range of exciting new opportunities.

We’re looking for Intermediate Software Engineers who are passionate about collaborating in teams to deliver exceptional customer product experiences. If you’re customer-focused, thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment, and are eager to build the future, we want to hear from you

You will possess experience in.NET (C#), ReactJS (TypeScript) full-stack development, Cloud Computing especially with AWS (other platforms such as Azure and GCP are nice to have), SQL, and microservices. Proficiency in DevOps practices like CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) is beneficial. You'll join cross-functional teams to deliver commercial software projects. Immediate availability is ideal (but not a must), and we’re offering permanent roles based in our Auckland offices.

**The experience we’re looking for**:

- At least 4-5 years of experience in C# and.NET framework development, including.NET Core, ASP.NET, etc.
- Experience with Front-end development (SPA) using ReactJS and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of database design and development, including SQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices
- Proficiency in implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Familiarity with AWS (preferred) or other cloud platforms is a plus
- Experience using Logging and Monitoring tools such as New Relic (highly beneficial), Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.
- Strong communication skills, and a background in consulting environments would be advantageous

For our permanent staff, we provide a yearly BYOD allowance and phone allowance, so you can choose the tech that best suits your needs. All our permanent staff get an annual training and professional development budget for books, courses and conferences. You’ll also get access to resources from a range of our partners such as AWS, Microsoft, Okta, Snowflake and Salesforce, including training platforms, partner portals, online courses and real-life practice.
