We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented **EQS Data and Insights Lead**to join our high-performing Equipment Services (EQS) team in **East Tamaki**. In this full-time role you’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence and financial accuracy across our national equipment operations.

This is a fast-paced, insights-driven role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver reporting and analysis that drives smarter operational decisions.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau supporting business intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored insights.
- Lead monthly financial reporting, budget tracking, cost recovery, and asset performance.
- Supporting audit and quality programs ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct analysis into fleet performance, warranty claims and supplier spend.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and stakeholder outcomes.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Financial and Operational reporting
- Demonstrate High level of Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau (or similar tools)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
- A qualification in Business, Finance, Analytics, or similar is a plus - but equivalent experience and a strong analytical mindset are just as valuable
- Enjoy problem solving with a collaborative approach making you a valued team player
- A Proactive and positive attitude with a good sense of humour
